PJ Library

Welcome to PJ Library in Western CT! We mail out FREE Jewish children’s books or music CDs every month to children in Western CT between the ages of 6 months-8 years, and we would love to include your family as well.

At PJ Library, we recognize that there is no one way to raise a Jewish family, and we welcome you whether you grew up observing Shabbat every Friday night, or celebrated Hanukkah for the first time when you married into a Jewish family. No matter your Jewish background, PJ Library helps your family create cherished Jewish moments through the simple act of reading stories together. We support interfaith parents, LGBTQ parents, adoptive parents, and everything in between.

PJ Library is also much more than just books! We also organize wonderful Jewish family events and programming, where you and your children can meet new friends, celebrate Jewish holidays, and gather together for good old-fashioned fun.

So sign up today and spread the word! Let’s work together to build a vibrant, connected Jewish community for our children here in Western Connecticut.

PJ Library in Western Connecticut is a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, made possible through partnership with the Jewish Federation of Western Connecticut.
