Nosh & Nurture 2.0: A Four-Part Senior Seminar Series

What happens when community members come together to ask, "What do our seniors really need?" You get Nosh & Nurture 2.0.

Born from collaborative idea generation, thoughtful execution, and a genuine commitment to our seniors' well-being, this four-part seminar series brings expert voices to the topics that matter most. Brain health, technology, mental wellness, and financial security. Each session pairs light conversation with light snacks, creating a warm, welcoming space for learning and connection.

All sessions are held on Mondays from 2:00–3:30 pm. This is community programming at its best, thoughtfully designed, expertly led, and built with you in mind.
