Last week reminded us why showing up matters! 

Lev and I had the privilege of joining candle lighting events in Danbury and Southbury, spending meaningful time with our community at UJC, B’nai Israel in Danbury, and B’nai Israel in Southbury.

In Danbury, I shared inspiring words about JFED, and the warmth and appreciation from those gathered was deeply moving. In Southbury, we were honored with a beautiful hakarat hatov from Rabbi Polokoff , a moment we won’t forget.
