The JFED of Western Connecticut stands with those affected by the devastating floods in Central Texas. Our friends at JFNA – Jewish Federations of North America - are directing relief to Shalom Austin, which is raising funds to help families directly impacted. Every donation provides urgent support and recovery assistance. With devastation of Camo Mystic, as a long-time camp director, this tragedy hits me in a very personal way. Parents sent their girls to camp expecting, at the very minimum, to get them home alive and happy. Not to be for so many. So very, very sad.
