Throughout 2024, the Jewish Federation of Western CT, through its Regional Security Advisor (RSA), provided area Jewish nonprofits critical information and assistance with regards to physical security improvements through the Federal Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP).  This included: information on the grant application processes through one on one meetings, community wide informational emails and webinars; explanations of pre-application registration requirements through one on one consultations; facility Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRAs) identifying critical security infrastructure vulnerabilities and provided best practice recommended solutions for funding under the NSGP; NSGP application (Investment Justification) assistance and review; and grant project administrative guidance to all successful awardees.
