The big news at YOUR JFED is that today is Cathy's last day as our Program & Events Manager. After many years in the workforce, she is happily retiring. On Tuesday, the TEAM had lunch in her honor. There were beautiful words of praise shared. Two gifts were given too. One from the leadership of the JFED, and one from her fellow TEAM members. It was Cathy's first lunch that she had in the building that she did not prepare and make happen.
On Wednesday Cathy executed her last LOVE & KNISHES, our monthly lunch and music program for seniors. Folks expressed their appreciation for her efforts over the years.
