A 101-year-old Southbury man recounted his remarkable story as a World War II Fighter pilot Saturday morning in Oxford. 

It’s been over 80 years since Joel Abramson set foot on a fighter plane but the 101-year-old told News 8 that he can remember his last flight like it was yesterday.
